FAQ's

Q: How Do I Order?
A: Ordering any of our items is easy and safe. Our site is set up with a typical shopping cart system. To order from us, simply use the Order buttons next to each item. Add all the items you wish to buy at this time in your cart, and then check out when ready. Our main option is PayPal, where you can use most major credit/debit cards even if you are not a PayPal member, transactions are instant and orders can be sent out quickly, UK cheques or Money Order (these methods may take longer, as we have to wait for them to clear at the bank before orders can be sent).

Q: Why Do Some Items Say OUT OF STOCK here?
A: Even though the items here are our regular stock items, we run out of certain products from time to time. Rest assured we'll be getting them back in soon!

Q: Do the Watermarks appear on the products?
A: None of our prints or other products has copyright info on them.  They are simply for on-line protection and copyright safety, and only shown on the website.

Q: Is This Site Secure?
A: Yes! Our check out pages are completely safe and secure. We use PayPal which is a very secure online purchasing system, which never shares your payment info.

Q: How Much Does Shipping Cost?
A: shipping is calculated by aprox weight and the most up to date postal charges available to us, shipping is available for Europe and the rest of the world, and is added at the checkout before payment is made.

Q: How Long Until I Get My Order?
A: We now ship all orders within 2 business days! The only exception to this would be our large signed canvas prints which occasionally take longer if we need to make one to order.  International orders UK First Class mail (time varies depending on destination).

Q: I Ordered A Print, Will It Come Flat Or Rolled?
A: All of our prints ship flat, with cardboard backings to ensure that they do not bend or crease in transit.

.Q: Do You Offer Gift Services?
A: Yes! we offer gift vouchers which are personally signed by Linda, and a  personal greeting of your choice can be included. We also have a lay away scheme for more expensive items such as original paintings, for more details contact sales@lindaravenscroft.com

Q: I Have A Shop And Want To Sell Your Items, What Do I Do?
A: If you have a gallery, shop, retail catalogue, boutique or gift outlet and would like to carry Linda’s range of best selling Inspirational Art and gifts please select the links on the trade enquiries page and select which products/wholesale link you require or contact   sales@lindaravenscroft.com  for Linda’s own range of studio made prints/canvases and giftware.
