SHIPPING INFO
POSTAGE AND PACKING
All of our prints are shipped flat to ensure that they arrive safely, the cost of the packing and shipping starts at £5.00 for 1 item, then .50p per item after, all other enquiries need to be made through www.duirwaighgallery.com. If any of our items should arrive in poor condition, please report it to us immediately and save all the wrapping, so that we can contact the post office and issue a complaint and organize replacements.

PAYMENTS
At the moment we can only accept payments made through paypal, which is a secure on-line payment center or by using U.K. cheques and money orders. Unfortunately items can not be shipped out until they have been paid for in full, which means that any cheque/money order payment will have to clear through the bank before purchases can be released and shipped.

REFUND POLICY
We sincerely hope that you will be completely satisfied with your choice of purchase and enjoy it as a unique piece of artwork, however if you should be unhappy for any reason, we will be happy to refund the full price of the print less any postage, providing it is returned to us in good condition, within fourteen days of receipt. This offer does not apply to Original Paintings, if any problems should arise with an original, please do not hesitate to contact Linda direct at linda@ravenart.fsnet.co.uk
