Description
“Help stop the vanishing” All creatures and living things on this earth are protected by the Fae. I have always believed this, since I was a child, our ancestors believed it too. The more we are forgetting our traditions and ancestral tales, so we are losing our connection with the natural world around us, relying more on machines – My painting called “The Vanishing” (the faerie set in January on this calendar) reminded me of this, and so I will paint for her, animals, plants, insects and sea creatures, as many living things, each piece is incomplete, part of the image is missing, it is “VANISHING” into the painting, as they are or will be vanishing in our world, if we don’t start to believe in her again.
Blessings to all who love the world – Shine Brightly in 2020
This is a very collectable item, and a very short print run, we may or may not produce this calendar again, depending upon its popularity – Please note that some of the profit from this calendar will go to a local animal wildlife sanctuary to help stop the Vanishing. Thank you. Linda
